COMPETITION RULES & GUIDELINES

North Bethesda Camera Club holds nine monthly competitions for electronic images and prints. Entries must be taken with a camera on film or by digital capture.

Requirements and Policy

Before submitting, be sure to read and understand the latest Competition Rules, Submission Guidelines, and Electronic Image Archive Policy documents below. For answers, first check the Frequently-Asked Questions (FAQ). Please direct further comments and questions to the Competition Coordinator for the month or the Competition Chair.

The complete rules for all print and electronic image
competitions are revised periodically and are included here.

Retention and use of images submitted to the electronic image competition are included in this policy document.

How to submit images for competition, including file and format requirements, are included in these guidelines. 

James Corbett created a video on how to create a Lightroom Classic export preset to help members ensure their images meet competition submission guidelines.  The video is available here.
